I was recently visited by Andrew Launchbury re under floor leaks etc
Firstly may I extend a huge thank you to you for your helpful and kind manner on the phone. Having been through seven months of leaking pipes etc you were a tonic!
Secondly- what an amazingly professional and compassionate person Andrew was. He was uber efficient and so personable and I can never thank him enough for the work he carried out for me.
Once again my heartfelt thanks for resolving a nightmare in such a warm and professional way!
